About us

This is the motto that started guiding me (Georg Schiel) more than two decades ago. After the wars in the countries of the former Yugoslavia, together with German partners, I began helping people who returned to the region of their origin and I opened up new perspectives for them.

For more than a decade now, I have been cooperating with some German partners. After I had set up as a coordinator the cooperation project between ZAV (Central Office for Mediation in Foreign and Professional Employment of the Federal Employment Agency) and GIZ (International Cooperation Association), the “Triple Win” for mediation in employment of health care professionals, this company was initiated and grew on the spot, in Bosnia and Herzegovina and Serbia over the past few years, as a result of my active cooperation with my associates and partners

My goal is to open up long-term perspectives for a future in Germany for the people who are interested in receiving education or who are already professional workforce. As a result, new chances arise for the staff development for the companies, my cooperation partners.

Germany is still a rather young immigration country. This is why regulations and provisions constantly change and regularly adapt. As a service provider, I constantly inform myself about all those changes and I seek professional opinion of the employment agency and relevant institutions

Since the seat of the company is in Erfurt, the centre of the green heart of Germany, I am within a few hours reach to any region in Germany when necessary.
